Very sad news to hear about the passing of Thorleif Lunde.
Almost 24 years ago i did my first deal with Thorleif in a property he owned in Point Road, Durban. It was a five year lease and the tenant was Mazista Tiles.
Both Thorleif and I are from Norwegian Danish backgrounds and maybe it was for this reason that we had a common interest. As my first deal I learnt a lot from Thorleif and he was firm but fair.
RIP Thorleif and our sincere condolences to the family from myself and Rasmussen Properties.
