After being entrusted by the owners, Rasmussen Properties have successfully secured an international tenant on a 15 year lease at 110 South Coast Road.
This was a very interesting deal in that the traditional method of apportioning a rate per square meter for warehouse, office and yard did not apply. Due to the location and versatility that this property offers coupled with the supply and demand for quality port related property - there was extreme interest. The end result was that the owners who are not local had choices.
